Subject to the terms of this clause COLLEVO provides
the RMA service to the customers that:

1.1 COLLEVO's products which are designed
and manufactured are free of defects in design, materials
and workmanship that materially affect their performance for
a limited period of time from the date of delivery (the
date COLLEVO ships the products to customer) as following:
- All products (included OEM): 24 months limited warranty
|
2. Exclusions from warranty |
|
The product is treated as exclusion from
warranty if:
2.1 The product has been found to be
defective after expiry of the warranty period.
2.2 The product has been subjected to
misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repair, whether by accident
or other cause. Such conditions will be determined by
COLLEVO in its sole unfettered discretion.
2.3 Other products and accessories not
manufactured by COLLEVO are limited to the warranty provided
by the original manufacturer. Examples of such products and
accessories include wall mount kits, VGA, power cable, etc.
2.4 The product is damaged beyond repair
due to nature disasters, for example, lighting strike,
flood, earthquake, etc.

3.1 COLLEVO receives the notification
within the warranty period.
3.2 Allegedly defective products shall
be returned to COLLEVO within 10 days of the defect
becoming apparent.
3.4 Replaced products shall have the
benefit of the applicable warranty for the remainder of
the applicable warranty period.
3.5 Customers must obtain a RMA No.
from COLLEVO before returning any Products.
3.6 Customers will be notified about
the cost to repair the product after examination by
COLLEVO PA Department or contact person under following
conditions:
- For products that out of warranty
- The products are subjected to misuse, abuse or
unauthorized repair
- Product updates, reworks and tests upon request of
customers
- Product is damaged due to nature disasters such as
lighting strike, flood or earthquake
3.7 Allegedly defective Products returned
to COLLEVO will be carefully tested, if it found by PA
department on examination not to be defective, the
products will be returned to customer at customer's
expense. COLLEVO will charge the customer for
examination and testing.
3.8 COLLEVO does not warrant that
products can be operated in all selected combinations
defined by the customer, in case of application &
comparability issue, please contact with PA Department
at +886-2-22995055.
3.9 The products should not be used as
critical components in any life support device or system
whose failure to perform can reasonably be expected to
cause significant injury to a human. |

4.1 Get RMA number
In the event of an allegedly defective products, please fill the RMA form that provided by sales department. Please fill out the form as detail as possible, the serial number and sales order number are important information, the description such as "DEAD", "Don't work" are not acceptable. Before you do this, you can communicate with our sales or PM department for verifying the system issue. We will confirm the RMA number or contact with you within 24 hours upon the time we receive your request.
4.2 Return the product with original packing without accessories
Return the products without any accessories, such as wall mount kit, user manual, CD, etc. If you include these parts in necessary, please note clearly both in the RMA form & packing list, COLLEVO does not take the responsibility in case of losing during transportation. The RMA Number will be void after one month from release automatically, please notice our service department when the product was shipped.
Caution: Please packing all RMA returned goods very carefully. COLLEVO takes no responsibility for the damages during transportation.
4.3 Confirm the RMA charge
After the examination to your returned products, Sales Department will issue a quotation to you; no action should be taken before your confirmation. A formal invoice will be issued when the repairing is done, please sign back and pay the repairing charge, and full payment must be made before shipment.
4.4 Shipping back to the customer
Normally COLLEVO ships RMA returns by sea freight parcel (or other shipping ways by indication), customer will be noticed after shipping. Please check with
CFC Department within two weeks after received shipping information, in case of nothing received. |
